Using Adobe Acrobat to work with documents stored in SharePoint 2010 and EMC Centerstage

This video demonstrates a plug-in developed by EntropySoft. The EntropySoft plug-in for Acrobat connects Acrobat to the Content Hub.

Here, a sales person receives an email with a new contract attached. He saves the new contract in SharePoint 2010 directly from Adobe Acrobat. Then someone from the legal department gathers the different important documents related to this new business relationship and stores an Adobe portfolio in EMC CenterStage.

Real-time Content Integration between Microsoft SharePoint, Open Text Livelink and IBM FileNet.

This video demonstrates the use of Content ETL to manage dynamically the transfer of documents between the three connected repositories. Thanks to the new "Track Repository Changes" feature of the connectors, EntropySoft Content ETL moves documents in real-time.

We can see in this video that when a user creates a document in SharePoint, it is automatically moved to FileNet. When the user wants to check-out the document, Content ETL retrieves it back from FileNet and lets the user modifiy it directly in SharePoint.

Real-Time Content Integration is a disruptive innovation for integrating SharePoint and other repositories.
